Ronald C. Iacone Jr., Esq. is the managing and founding shareholder of Iacone Law, P.A. Ron specializes in domestic and international asset representation with a particular focus on the preservation of wealth, confidentiality, and tax efficiency. He counsels high net worth individuals, executives, business owners, young professionals, and cross border families on isolating risk, limiting liability, and protecting against frivolous litigation. In addition, Ron acts as outside general counsel to his corporate clients and frequently advises on the intricacies of limited liability company law for operating, family, and holding companies.

Importantly, Ron endeavors to protect his clients’ legacies through creative and innovative structures, and ensures that all asset protection planning is designed and implemented in ways that judges will respect. Ron thus takes a personalized approach to client representation so that asset protection can be properly integrated into a client’s financial, estate, and business planning. He frequently consults with his clients’ advisors and acts as a resource for other attorneys, financial planners, and CPAs.

Ron’s legal experience stretches far beyond the office. Having been exposed to two different legal systems (civil law and common law) in Europe, the Caribbean, and the Americas, Ron’s background is diverse, both in experience and culture. As such, he fluently addresses the needs of his clients and counsels on a diverse array issues relating to his practice and focus.

Ron focused his legal studies on international and comparative legal practice and was president of the Federalist Society. His coursework brought him to Spain to study law at the University of Barcelona and to the Cayman Islands to study offshore confidentiality at the Truman Bodden Law School. Ron also clerked for a leading international business and banking law firm in Panamá where he assisted high net worth individuals and businesses with their asset protection, corporate and offshore banking needs. Additionally, Ron spent time in Ixtapa, Mexico clerking for an international real estate and corporate law firm.

Outside the office, Ron enjoys fishing, hiking, and immersing himself in other cultures and countries, and in between it all likes to play competitive bullet and blitz chess.
