The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) celebrated its 2019 AILA Annual Conference this past June in Orlando, Florida, at the beautiful Gaylord Palms Resort.  Thousands of immigration attorneys from across the country and globe were in attendance for this four day event, as well as officials and liaisons from the Department of State, USCIS, and EOIR, among many others.  The AILA Annual Conference was chock-full of informative panels helmed by some of our industry’s brightest immigration minds, all discussing their relevant practice areas under the conference’s central premise: strategies and solutions under the current immigration climate.

Your truly attended a variety of panels focused on topics relating to business immigration, such as regulatory and policy changes at USCIS, EB-5 and alternatives for the enterprising entrepreneur, evidentiary standards, investment visas, consular issues, and ethics, among many more.  Meeting government officials and my fellow colleagues was also a real pleasure, as were our discussions and debate.

Enjoy the pictures!
